[Thésaurus Mesh]Articulations du tarseMots-clés : Charge décharge Position neutre Résumé : L’objectif de cette étude était de comparer la mesure de l’articulation médio-tarsienne en décharge et en charge et de proposer une norme pour cette relation avant-pied/arrière-pied. Pour cela, 152 pieds ont été mesurés suivant les méthodes énoncées dans l’étude soit d’une part en décharge grâce à un goniomeÌ€tre et d’autre part en charge à l’aide d’un scanner. En conclusion, les résultats obtenus suggèrent une grande variabilité entre la décharge et la charge dans la relation avant-pied/arrière-pied en position neutre. Au vu des différences individuelles entre les deux méthodes pour un même pied, la déviation de l’articulation médio-tarsienne se rapproche d’une moyenne de mesure qui variera d’un podologue à l’autre. Dans le cadre de cette étude, les théories déjà établies constituent un obstacle à l’examen d’autres approches qui ne pourront être réalisées que lorsque les connaissances en biomécanique du pied se développeront.
