La talalgie peut être révélatrice d’une spondylarthropathie. La prise en charge médicale de la tendinopathie est adaptée à son stade avec en premier lieu un repos relatif et la correction des facteurs favorisants. Elle comprend également la kinésithérapie, les ondes de choc extracorporelles radiales ou focales et les injections locales péritendineuses.
