The psychomotor therapist uses many methods and techniques. The engagement of the body remains his specific feature.
Through an online survey, we have the intention to better understand how profession of psychomotor therapist is perceived by the Belgian population. We have formulated three assumptions: lack of awareness of the psychomotor therapist profession, perception as a paramedical profession and the difference between psychomotors’ beneficiaries and no psychomotors’ beneficiaries. The results of this survey enable to analyze the perception of this profession by the survey respondents.
